With a strong presence in the Far East, each office is responsible for maintain JDE customer master records. Using JDE involves multiple tabs, multiple menu levels making the maintenance difficult. Project focus: maintain just those necessary fields tied to complex workflow approval. Using K-Rise Systems / EASYProcess JDE centric application development platform solution, the result is an easy-to-use Portal solution that fully meets our project requirements: 1. Only those selected fields displayed per login credential, 2. Easy to manage roles, permissions and delegation logic to create complex “submit for approval” workflow scenarios tied to enforcement rules outside of JDE, 3. Accurate real-time JDE integration to update the Customer Master, 4. Solution needed to be easy to use with an intuitive user interface.
